Refund Policy

Digital Downloads

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases after a download has been recorded as we provide previews of every page available in the digital books on our website so that you can make an informed decision before downloading.

If you have not clicked any download links (we are able to track if you have clicked the links), and would like a refund, please email us via vip@mycoloringtherapy.com. If you have clicked any download links to download onto your computer, we will not be able to provide a refund.

If you are having issues receiving or downloading the files, please email us via vip@mycoloringtherapy.com. If you would like a refund due to being unable to download our high resolution pages, please send us a screenshot of your issue within 30 calendar days of purchase for us to review and assist.

After the 30 day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to request or receive a refund. We encourage our customers to download the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it is compatible with your computer or digital device.
