Subscription Services

For our subscription services, we offer a 14-day refund. If you are unhappy with our services, please email us at vip@mycoloringtherapy.com and request a refund. You will immediately lose VIP access once the refund has been processed.

Digital Downloads

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases after a download has been recorded as we provide previews of every coloring page available in the digital books on our website so that you can make an informed decision before downloading.

If you have not clicked any download links (we are able to track if you have clicked the links), and would like a refund, please email us via sale@mycoloringtherapy.com. If you have clicked any download links to download onto your computer, we will not be able to provide a refund.

If you are having issues receiving or downloading the files, please email us via sale@mycoloringtherapy.com. If you would like a refund due to being unable to download our high resolution pages, please send us a screenshot of your issue within 30 calendar days of purchase for us to review and assist.

After the 30 day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to request or receive a refund. We encourage our customers to download the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it is compatible with your computer or digital device.

Physical Products

Your satisfaction is important to us, which is why we offer a 30 day change of mind refund. For change of mind returns on our Coloring Bundles which include a Physical Product (e.g. Reveal Scratching Artwork), you have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

For free products, shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, unless the product(s) itself is faulty. This must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at sale@mycoloringtherapy.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you have not downloaded our digital book that is part of our bundle purchases, once your refund is approved, you will receive the full refund amount.

If you have downloaded our digital books that are part of this purchase, once your refund is approved, your order will be downgraded to our digital only product and the purchase amount for this will be withheld from the refund amount as part of this.

For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.

We are unable to refund orders due to an incorrectly provided shipping address. You are responsible for correctly providing the shipping address in which your product(s) will be delivered to. Once this order has been processed, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 30 days to contact us and return an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Coloring Therapy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Coloring Therapy will confirm the the address provided by the customer, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We typically only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at sale@mycoloringtherapy.com
